Tracking & Order Status Updates

Important Notes on Inventory & Order Holding
Unpaid orders do NOT hold inventory for you indefinitely.
- If an item is in stock when you place an order, the system reserves your inventory for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, if no payment is received, the items are returned to stock and available for other customers.
- If stock is low and your payment takes a long time to clear, there is a possibility that the item may sell out before your payment is confirmed.
What Happens If an Item Sells Out Before Your Payment Clears?
- We can offer you store credit or a refund through Bitcoin.

Order Status Breakdown:
On Hold – We are waiting for your payment to be received and confirmed.
Processing – Your payment has been confirmed, and your order is being prepared for shipment.
Completed – Your order has been shipped. You should receive a tracking number within 24 hours (tracking updates manually due to security measures).
Tracking Information:
Once your order is marked as “Completed,” you will find your tracking number in your account under order details. Please note that tracking updates may take some time due to manual entry and security protocols.

- Blockchain Congestion – When network traffic is high, fees can spike. If the fees seem unusually high, waiting a few hours may result in lower costs.
- Payment Received Below Expected Amount – If the payment received is below the required amount, the system automatically cancels the order to prevent incomplete transactions.
